Finance Manager, Egypt

As our Finance Manager for Intrepid Egypt, you’ll play a central role in shaping the financial future of our operations. You’ll lead the full finance function, guide a team of six, and work closely with our Shared Service Centre in Marrakech to ensure strong financial performance and robust compliance across the business.
This is a meaningful opportunity to influence decision-making as part of the Egypt Management Team, while supporting teams across the region.

This is a full-time role based onsite in our Cairo office, offering a dynamic environment where collaboration, culture, and connection thrive.
What you’ll bring to the role:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CA/CPA or local equivalent accounting qualification (ESAA)

Minimum 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in Egypt, ideally within a foreign-invested or multinational business

Strong knowledge of Egyptian (ETA) tax laws, statutory reporting, and compliance

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
