The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Join our team as an Administration Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll manage schedules, assist with documentation, deliver confidential documents to external stakeholders, and support various projects across departments. You’ll prepare trip files, handle client documentation, and manage government correspondence. 

 

You will respond promptly to requests and ensure documents are transferred on time while keeping finances accurate. Gain valuable hands-on experience whilst cultivating your organisational and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment. 

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, operating out of our office in Cairo, Egypt.    

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:  

  • University or technical studies in Tourism and/or Business Administration. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Basic level of English proficiency and fluency in Arabic. 
  • Relevant experience in the tourism industry is desirable. 
  • Proven organisation skills.
