The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Reservations Assistant plays a key role focusing on managing reservations while ensuring excellent communication with suppliers and coordination between departments. This position also provides administrative support to the Reservations Supervisor to ensure the successful and profitable management of the reservations function at Intrepid. This involves liaising with operators, creating and handling bookings, and collaborating closely with the Operations Department. Additionally, the Reservations Assistant supports the Sales Department with private group reservations, contributing to the overall success of our operations. 

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on-site out of our office in Quito, Ecuador location.  

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with extensive knowledge of the Galápagos and Ecuador. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using reservation systems for travel agencies or tour operators. 

  • Proven experience in administrative tasks, including analysis and report creation. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. 

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
