The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As the Operations Coordinator, you will handle day-to-day issues and administration related to these passengers, as well as building commercial relationships with suppliers and guides.  

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager of Intrepid Ecuador and is required to work flexible hours and possibly after standard working hours, as well as being the person responsible for managing emergency cell phone. 

This is a permanent full-time position, operating in Santa Cruz, Galapagos.     

  

Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:  

  • At least 1 year experience working in customer service within the travel industry is essential 

  • Knowledge of destinations in Galapagos & suppliers is highly desirable 

  • Experience in dealing with difficult clients  

  • Experience in administrative tasks and strong computer skills, using Microsoft Office and other software 

  • Excellent written and spoken communicate skills in both Spanish and English 

  

You’ll be willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at one time. Your communication and organisational skills will be the catalyst to your success in this role.
