Destination Product Manager, North Europe, UK and Ireland
Craft unforgettable travel experiences as our Destination Product Manager.
At Intrepid Travel, we’re on a mission to create sustainable, experience-rich travel that leaves a positive impact. As a Destination Product Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind crafting immersive, unique itineraries that showcase the best of your region.
You’ll be at the forefront of Intrepid’s growth in Northern Europe. You’ll source unforgettable experiences and work closely with local suppliers to shape new product lines. You’ll need strong team management skills as you’ll lead a small, dedicated team, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and supporting their growth and development. You’ll deliver on our responsible travel values and ensure safe practices are adhered to by all. You’ll use ‘fresh thinking’ and innovative approaches to support strong sales growth and increase NPS scores. You'll collaborate with Sales, Contracting, and Operations to ensure every itinerary hits the mark, driving strong sales and glowing customer feedback.
If you are someone who knows all the ins and outs of travelling in Northern Europe – someone ready to blend creativity with commercial acumen to design journeys that captivate travellers and hit business targets while doing so, this role is for you.
This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent role based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Regional travel and visits to our European offices may be required.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
In-depth knowledge of regional trip operations and the ability to develop commercially viable, sustainable, experience-rich travel products.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the tourism industry, focused on product, sales, commercial, or operational roles
-
Proficiency in travel-related systems (e.g., SalesForce, Travel Studio, Elements) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
-
Strong understanding of sales trends, customer expectations, and strategic planning in travel markets.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are ready to take the lead in creating unforgettable travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you
