The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Contracting Manager to join our North Europe team in Copenhagen. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working setup – you’ll be in the office around 2–3 days a week, collaborating with a passionate local team. 


You’ll play a key role in making sure our trips are not just memorable, but also well-priced, well-run, and packed with purpose. Supporting the Contracting Manager, you’ll help secure great rates, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the creation of new and exciting product. From crunching numbers and managing budgets, to working alongside operators and product teams, this role sits at the heart of delivering sustainable, experience-rich travel across the region. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in contracting, pricing, negotiations, and managing supplier relationships 

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry in North Europe, with personal or professional travel experience in the region 

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, plus experience using travel reservation systems 

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support commercial decision-making 

  • Fluency in English (additional Northern European languages are a bonus)
