Assistant Contracting Manager, Central Europe
We’re looking for an Assistant Contracting Manager, Central Europe to help shape the future of our supplier partnerships in the region. Reporting to the Contracting Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting our contracting function, ensuring we secure the best rates, maintain strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the success of our trips. You’ll assist with sourcing and managing accommodation and transportation suppliers, managing trip profitability, negotiating contracts, researching alternative service providers, and working closely with the Destination Product team to assist with new product development and pricing.
This is a full-time, remote role based in the Czech Republic, ideally in Prague or a commutable distance to Prague. While you’ll initially work from home, our long-term plan is to establish an office in the region. Occasional travel to our regional East Europe office in Zagreb will be required.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Knowledge of regional trip operations, preferably in small group adventures

Experience in the tourism industry, specifically in contracting, reservations, or supplier management

Knowledge/Understanding working within a Destination Management Company, managing tourism suppliers, and negotiating costs

Strong negotiation skills and experience securing competitive terms with suppliers (accommodation, transportation, activities)

Familiarity with travel-related systems and Microsoft Office (including Excel)

Good knowledge of tourism in Central Europe, particularly the Czech Republic and surrounding countries

Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
