The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As Finance Manager for Intrepid Colombia, you'll ensure accurate financial records, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee statutory and tax reporting. You'll implement tax strategies, maintain internal controls, and manage audits. You will also monitor cash reserves, lead financial reporting, and analyze performance against budgets. In collaboration with the Regional and Group Finance teams, you'll support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to meet financial targets. 

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Bogota, Colombia, 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics. 

  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) 

  • Practical general finance and accounting experience in a large foreign corporation. 

  • Outstanding business acumen, with demonstrated leadership ability, and ability to influence others. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. 

  • Advanced communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport, listen well and alter communication style to suit the audience. 

  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to deliver on objectives within a given timeframe, involving working across multiple countries, navigating different cultures and time zones.  

  • Demonstrated or strong potential to develop essential management skills such as communication, coaching, collaboration, clarity, accountability, and adaptability.
