As a Tour Leader with us, you will host, lead and execute tours to budget, following the itinerary and ensuring the overall successful operation of each trip. You will ensure the safety and well-being of your travellers, assisting with any difficult situations. You will also tell stories, deliver travel advice and reconfirm hotels, suppliers and activities along the way.

 

To be considered you must have:

  • Full rights to work across the region, with an official tour guide license
  • Previous Tour Guiding/Leading experience across China
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Great availability during our peak seasons to lead our trips
  • A valid first-aid certificate prior to starting with us
  • With extended hours, lots of walking and activities, and engaging with travellers, it’s important that you are prepared both mentally and physically for the challenge!
  • You’ll need the ability to travel and spend time away from home, as our leaders often travel for extensive periods at a time and some tours can span up to four weeks.
