Tailor-Made Consultants are our experts in creating and selling inspiring tailor-made and private group itineraries. Working closely with our different destination management networks, you’ll develop amazing itineraries focused on sustainable experience rich travel for our customers, travel agents and direct partnerships across North America!

This is a full-time permanent position, that can be based out of our office in Toronto on a hybrid basis. We are also open to remote candidates from Western Canada, providing they have experience working remotely on a global scale previously.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Travel industry experience in a sales role with proven experience continuously achieving/exceeding sales targets

Experience in Tailor-Made or FIT travel advantageous

Extensive product knowledge for destinations and Intrepid Groups Brands

Personal and/or professional travel experience in our destinations

Alongside your excellent phone, email and live chat technique, you’ll possess strong selling skills to qualify the enquiry and close the sale. Your outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail will be the catalyst for your success in this role.
