Sales Representative
At Intrepid, our Sales Representatives are known as Adventure Consultants since ‘adventure’ is at the heart of our what we do, and we approach each sale as an opportunity to consult with our customers to send them on an adventure of a lifetime!
Our Adventure Consultants provide high-level customer service by phone, email, social moderation, and live chat handling the customer journey from the initial inquiry to pre/post-trip communications, working with travelers and agent partners to book unforgettable trips of a lifetime
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto, Ontario.
You’ll be responsible for:

Maximizing & growing sales by responding to leads through phone, email, social & live chat

Providing exceptional post-booking customer service through multiple channels

Developing an In-depth knowledge of Intrepid products

Ensuring accuracy for our customers, with a fine-tuned attention to detail, to ensure their files are booked correctly
A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you’ll bring:

Similar experience in a travel industry role, sales, or customer service

Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations

Exceptional communication, customer service & sales skills
