Marketing Manager
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented North America Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance marketing and the execution of tactical and product-focused campaigns. Reporting into and working alongside the Head of Marketing, NA, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the North American market. You’ll become a champion for our North American customers, gaining deep insights into local seasonality, market trends, and consumer behaviours. Your expertise in identifying and leveraging the most effective channels will ensure we reach the right audiences at the right time, maximizing our impact. With a hands-on approach, you’ll collaborate across teams to plan, execute and optimize targeted marketing strategies that elevate our product offering and grow our customer base.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Toronto, Ontario.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, preferably within travel, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.

Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels (social, search, programmatic, connected TV) and experience overseeing digital marketing budgets and agency partners.

Proven expertise developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of local market trends, seasonality, and consumer behaviour in Canadian and US markets.

Proven ability to plan and execute tactical marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Experience identifying and utilizing local marketing channels to effectively engage target customer segments.

Experience acquiring new partnerships and leading co-marketing campaigns including planning, execution and reporting.

Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing internal teams and external agency relationships.
