We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead to collaborate with product owners and various stakeholders to deliver real value, spearhead technical strategies and lead on new features and systems as well as improving current capability and efficiency.  

 

You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to motivate a talented team of engineers to solve customer needs and ensure the products are delivered in a successful and efficient way. This is a full-time, 12 Month contract position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

 

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience  

  • Experience with modern development practices (including Apex, LWC, SOQL and more) in a commercial setting 

  • Deep understanding of the Platform capabilities such as Objects, Data Model etc 

  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams and stakeholders through initiatives
