The Senior Finance Analyst is an important member of Intrepid’s global Finance team and will be responsible for coordinating, supporting & leading key financial reporting, analysis and budgeting processes for our Destination Management Companies (DMCs).  

In this role you will provide reporting on the consolidated Intrepid DMC network and work closely with the Finance Manager to support all key stakeholders and drive process improvement. 

 

This position will also provide support on key global projects & reporting requirements with stakeholders across different time zones. You will be required to have a strong knowledge of our DMC network financial and business models, provide support to the Regional Finance Managers (RFMs) and feed back any issues to Group Finance. 

 

This is a full-time 12 month fixed-term position based out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes:  

   

  • Bachelor of Commerce or a related business degree 

  • CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualifications completed  

  • 5 years’ experience in a Finance based role – Commercial & Tourism experience desirable 

  • Business performance reporting & planning 

  • Demonstrated wider commercial and business acumen 

  • In-depth understanding of systems (knowledge of TM1 desirable)  

  • PowerBI, dashboard reporting or financial modelling desirable
