Senior Experience Designer
Travel is back for good, and our UX team is growing. We are on the hunt for a passionate, Experience Designer to help us connect several digital channels into one great customer experience on a trip. All while championing Design culture at Intrepid.
In this role you’ll own Experience, Service and UX Design in a project, while thinking holistically within the Intrepid experience our digital channels.
Our mission is to create positive change through the joy of travel. You will contribute to this mission as a core member in one of the cross-functional agile teams that is driving our digital transformation.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
• 4+ years in an Experience Design role, with a focus on solutioning through the use of Customer Journeys / Experience Blueprinting and experimentation
• You think across the full customer journey as you create designs for specific parts of the customer experience
• You can lead your own customer research and insights presentations
• You know your way around Figma and can knock up a prototype quickly
• You’ve mastered navigating tech constraints to get to an amazing customer experience
• You’re a wiz with stakeholder management
