The world needs more Intrepid people: 

There are exciting times ahead! We have spent the last year embarking on Intrepid’s largest transformational project to date, rolling out new core systems across the entire business. We are now a third of our way through and are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting this change, ensuring new technologies and systems effectively support and deliver desired business outcomes.

 

You will work closely with Program Managers, Technical Leads and key stakeholders across Intrepid and partners. You are responsible for identifying and analysing opportunities, gathering requirements, and identifying and defining solutions. You will have an active role in planning and navigating the future of Intrepid and supporting the successful implementation of a transformational technology program.  

 

This is a full-time, 18 month fixed-term position based out of office in Melbourne or London with the flexibility to work some days from home. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes:   

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or experience in a similar role 

  • 3+ years in an agile / scaled agile environment, ideally in a large business 

  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and bringing critical and creative thinking to solve real business problems 

  • Experienced in using best practice Business Analysis techniques including process and journey mapping and modelling 

  • Ability to guide ideas towards execution that focus on a strong return on investment to the business 

  • Comfortable working with data and research to validate ideas and provide objective feedback on business opportunities
