People Partner, Australia & Global Functions

As a People Partner you will do just that by coaching managers to get the best from their teams and being a key contributor in shaping and maintaining Intrepid's positive and engaging culture. This is a true generalist role where you’ll get to touch all facets of HR including performance cycles, remuneration reviews, succession planning, learning and development, plus so much more.
This is a full-time, permanent position that operates on a hybrid basis out of our Collins Street office in Melbourne, you’ll get to work closely with the ANZ and Global People Team.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

2+ years of operational HR experience within an Australian Context

The ability to thrive in a changing environment with a flexible approach, with high responsiveness to fluctuating workload

Proven ability to influence others, build rapport, listen well and alter communication style to suit the audience

Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail

A genuine people first attitude, staying proactive with management and employees of all levels to resolve people issues
