Lead Salesforce Administrator
The primary purpose of the Lead Salesforce Administrator role is to ensure the successful management, optimization, and continuous improvement of Intrepid Salesforce platforms, which serve as a critical tool for driving business growth and operational efficiency at our company. This role is designed to support the organization’s overall Salesforce strategy by ensuring that Salesforce effectively aligns with evolving business needs and functions as a catalyst for innovation, productivity, and scalability.
As the Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of the platform's administration, customization, and data integrity while leading a team of Salesforce administrators. Your focus will be on maintaining a high-performance system that empowers our sales, service, marketing, and operational teams to achieve their goals. This will involve overseeing day-to-day system operations, supporting user adoption, delivering training, producing documentations, hands on configurations, deployments and identifying opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
Ultimately, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Salesforce platform efforts, empowering teams to work more efficiently, and delivering exceptional experiences through seamless operations across the organization.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne or Colombo, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Bachelor’s degree - Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 4-6 years of Salesforce administration experience.

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required.

Advanced certifications like Salesforce Advanced Administrator are preferred.

Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools, preferably including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality

Strong no-code development capabilities
