As the Lead Program Manager, you are a driving force behind our strategic transformational initiatives. 

 

This role extends beyond traditional project management; within our agile environment, you will nurture a culture of delivering strategic value, continuous improvement, collaboration, and change readiness. Managing a technology program portfolio, you’ll effortlessly balance the demands of running and growing our business. 

 

We’re up to big things at Intrepid and we all have an important part to play.  With your natural leadership, hustle, and ability to make things happen, you will build a centre of excellence for driving strategic transformational change at Intrepid.

 

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
•    5+ years' experience managing people or leading program teams.
•    Strong understanding of program management, change management and software development lifecycle methodologies. 
•    Strong people manager with the ability to build on and lead a thriving program capability.
•    Critical thinking, planning, negotiation, organisation and stakeholder management skills.  
•    Proven ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to move towards a common vision or goal.
