As our Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the hotel operations. You’ll review and refine the day-to-day, ensuring every guest gets the ‘Intrepid Experience.’ You’ll collaborate with all functions from front-of-house service to behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure everything is moving like a well-oiled cog while keeping a sharp eye on revenue, cost control, and market positioning.

This full-time, permanent position is based on-site near Freycinet National Park.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

5+ years’ experience in hotel management.

Proven ability to manage guest experience and optimise operational performance.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Good business analytics and financial management skills within a hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and negotiate.

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
