As our Head of Program Delivery, you’ll lead the way in transforming ideas into reality, navigating a dynamic portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives within an agile environment. Just like a great trip, success in this role means delivering on your program roadmap, keeping the bigger picture in sight while creating meaningful milestones along the way.  

 

You’ll lead a talented crew of Program and Project Managers and Iteration Managers, supporting them in steering high impact projects from start to finish that fuel both our people’s growth and our customers’ experiences, whilst also working with high level stakeholders to collaborate and influence the successful delivery of change.

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes:  

  • 5+ years' experience managing people or leading program teams.  

  • Proven experience in agile delivery, change management, and leading digital transformation through strategic governance. 

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, planning and management skills and the ability to work both strategically and operationally (hands on) within the business. 

  • Motivate and empower cross functional squads to create and execute roadmaps to achieve objectives and continuously deliver on value
