Head of Marketing ANZ
This isn’t just another marketing role. As Head of Marketing for ANZ with Intrepid, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire our customers and team with your passion and expertise in this leadership position.
Collaborating globally across the business with senior stakeholders and the North American and EU Marketing teams, you will lead and implement ANZ's marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth to ensure our customers feel inspired and emotionally connected to us. As an experienced, confident leader across all marketing disciplines, you’ll deliver a multi-channel and multi-distribution strategy while managing a diverse marketing team with your enthusiasm and drive.
You will have strong commercial acumen, experience in managing multimillion dollar marketing budgets, and the strategic oversight needed to lead our marketing teams to execute the best multi-channel campaigns. You’ll be a standout communicator, who can not only execute and deliver a vision and strategy, but publicly advocate for Intrepid and our impact goals amongst partners, press, and other key stakeholders. As someone passionate about using business as a force for good, you’ll be able to expertly navigate the balance between profit and purpose, helping to create a culture of impact, equity, and equality globally.
This is a full-time permanent position, based out of our Melbourne HQ on Collins Street, where we offer flexibility and hybrid working!
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you is:

7+ years of marketing experience, preferably for a global organization

Extensive experience across all marketing disciplines – including brand marketing, SEO, and digital

Record of success in traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results

Excellent communication and relationship skills & proven people management and leadership skills

Experience managing agency relationships and media buying

Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets

Solid negotiation and influencing skills across both internal and external stakeholders
