The Head of Content is accountable for developing and executing the global content strategy whilst creating an operational framework that focuses on integration and alignment of content across the Intrepid brand. 

Taking on a position of governance, this leadership role has overarching ownership of content with the aim to create a cohesive and consistent experience across all content forms and channels through a strong communications and process driven approach.  

You’ll be a critical advisor across a broad range of teams (Brand, UX, SEO, Knowledge, Sales, Product content) and own and evolve content operations including a focus on alignment, contribution and prioritisation across functions with a united objective to deliver on business goals. 


This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes:     

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Content, CX or Marketing management role.  

  • Degree, diploma or other industry specific education, training or experience 

  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in content leadership and management  

  • Extensive CMS experience and content platform knowledge  

  • Demonstrated people management skills - leading, coaching and developing an ambitious and diverse team 

  • Strategic content planning and implementation experience across a broad range of content forms     


In addition, you will have a strong awareness of content trends and global market differences, Be a standout communicator, collaborator and relationship builder, all while aligning with Intrepid’s core values of real, impactful, ambitious and together.
