The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Global Video Manager plays a crucial role in Intrepid’s ambitions to be a video-first organisation in our approach to sell and market our product. As part of the wider Brand Production team, you will focus on creating and distributing video content across owned, earned, paid, and social channels. With the overarching goal of increasing awareness and conversion, you’ll develop and execute a video strategy that amplifies distribution across paid and social and our website. 

 

As our Global Video Manager, you’ll advocate for video content throughout the organisation, ensure the implementation of the Intrepid video identity across channels, assist in the development and upkeep of video style guides, and ensure output of high-quality content that inspires, informs and converts. 

 

Managing the Video Team, you will oversee workload and capacity to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all projects, as well as deliver on projects yourself. You will establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful internal and customer-focused video content.

 

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 5+ years in a relevant video role 
  • Degree level marketing/communications/film qualifications desirable
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling techniques, motion graphics, colour grading, video codecs and delivery methods 
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
