Chef di Partie
We are looking for a highly talented Chef De Parti to join our award-winning team, set amongst the rainforest and a spectacular backdrop of the Daintree you will bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.
Covering breakfast and dinner services you’ll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service. This is a full-time permanent position offering $60-65,000 plus super, depending on the level of experience you bring to the position. We are also open to candidates on a working holiday visa who may be interested in a fixed-term opportunity with us.
