We are looking for a highly talented Chef De Partie to join our award-winning team, set amongst the rainforest and a spectacular backdrop of the Daintree you will bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.   

 

Covering breakfast and dinner services you’ll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service. 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:  

  • Passionate about great food, great teamwork and a great attitude 

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar position 

  • Strong knowledge of food and cooking procedures 

  • Love to work as a team and to assist in all operations of the kitchen 

  • Have an eye for detail, and take pride in your work
