The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Overland Assisting Contracting Manager is responsible for developing a competitive range of services, optimizing contracting systems, managing supplier relationships, and improving trip profitability across Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay. This role supports the strategies of the Reservations & Contracting Manager while working closely with various teams to ensure cost-effective itineraries for both Intrepid and external business partners, enhancing the overall service quality and financial performance of trips. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position that operates on a remote basis in Buenos Aires, Argentina.   

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Proven experience in contracting and sourcing suppliers. 

  • Strong negotiation abilities with a commitment to high business ethics. 

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. 

  • Undergraduate and graduate degrees would be an advantage. 

  • Understanding of the local Travel Industry in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay
