Sales Support Consultant
As a Sales Support Consultant, you’ll provide administrative support to our Sales and Product teams. You’ll handle varied tasks such as updating bookings, responding to requests and maintaining accurate customer records. You’ll assist in confirming accommodation and transfers, while working closely with overseas teams.
Using your strong attention to detail, you’ll constantly ensure that important booking details are not overlooked. You’ll also effectively liaise with suppliers when required and update new product information. Your excellent communication and coordination will ultimately contribute to exceptional customer service!
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in travel/ customer service

Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Competent with MS Office tools including Excel

Highly proficient verbal and written English skills

Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks

Outstanding time management and ability to work well under pressure
