The world needs more Intrepid people: 

 

You'll be a crucial part of our agile team and the wider technology department. Your mission is to lead, coach, and guide our development team to achieve product solutions and business success. As the Scrum Master, you'll collaborate with product owners and technical leads to create strong, effective teams and keep our processes running smoothly. This includes tasks like helping prioritize the backlog, facilitating important meetings like sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and ensuring project visibility across the business. You'll also be the vital link between our business community and development teams, considering how program outcomes may affect our existing processes and working with stakeholders to drive positive change. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.  

 

For this role you’ll bring experience in: 

 

  • Agile certification or experience working as a Scrum Master or similar is highly desirable 

  • Experience in building and leading high performing teams 

  • Experience working in an Agile project team and a solid understanding of the various roles within Agile projects 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment 

  • Experience providing coaching, advice, and guidance around Agile ways of working to development teams and broader business stakeholders 

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating and delivering workshops and/or training 

 

You’ll have demonstrated organisational skills, strong attention to detail and self-motivated. Most importantly, you will share in Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
